If you bought all of these components separately, you would be paying more.  Each system is designed to put out a certain amount of power, based on 5 hours of peak sunlight per day. 

The Sundancer 2011 is a perfect starter system for weekend excursions in an RV or houseboat. This RV solar panel system will generate 550 to 800 watt hours per day. It will keep your battery bank topped off during the week, when you're not using it and help extend the life of your batteries by slowing down their rate of discharge during use.
